This is my second blog.

My first blog chronicled my experiences over three years caring for my dad as he lived through and finally died from Alzheimer's. That is the book that is for sale.

This second blog kind of chronicles of life, what it is like to start your life over in your late 50's. After caretaking, you are damaged, file bankruptcy, and the world doesn't care what you did. After 8 months of unemployment, you wake each day knowing the world doesn't want you. Finally you do find a job, 5 weeks before homelessness, but doing what you did 30 years ago and getting paid what you did 30 years ago. So this is starting over.

The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane.

This is the one that cracks me up.  Russia stands for communism, the antithesis of conservative republicans.  For 70 years the dems were in bed with communism and the Russian government.  The Russian chicks that are caught as spies are trying to entrap republicans, not dems, because........  THE DEMS ARE ALREADY ON THEIR SIDE!

Anonymous has a 50 minute doc on Clinton's Fund and the Russian Uranium deal and how much money was paid off to the Clintons.

Wasn't it Hitler who said if you just keep repeating the lie over and over, people will eventually believe it?

Okay, confession time:  I sometimes am wrong.  Like when I said how presidents claim 10 million illegals in this country but you have to add, they are not talking about the same ones, so that Clinton/Bush/Obama added 30 million.

Well,  I may have been wrong, according to the NYT:

Diversity in the U.S. has been primarily driven by mass immigration where the country admits more than 1.5 million foreign nationals every year. This diversity has reached a peak high as the foreign population in the U.S. has jumped to 44 million immigrants,  nearly quadruple the immigrant population in 2000.

Now the difficulty here is the NYT will never call a person illegal, but according to the NYT the foreign population entering this country since 2000 is 44,000,000, so, if our country population was 300,000,000 in the 2000 census then without any additional births over deaths of citizens, a net zero, we've added another 44,000,000 people here.  Huh.

So all this time I said 30 million when everyone else said 10 million and I was wrong, I'd under counted by anywhere from 14 to 24 million.  I am sorry.

I mean, do you ever just sit back, and think, think for a moment, why do so many people in this country want to get rid of the border and let anyone and everyone who wants to come into this country come on in?  I have, several times, and have yet to come up with a good answer.  How can you possibly explain any scenario where allowing 50 to 100 million people to just come into our country and give them same rights and benefits as a US citizen will improve any segment or stratification of society you can think of?

But today, talking about tariffs, you know those evil things Trump is doing that is going to destroy the economy, destroy the planet, destroy destroy destroy, if you listen to any media.

Did you know that until Woodrow Wilson, about 100 years ago, that tariffs were the way we funded our government?  In fact, even Teddy Roosevelt railed against the free trade economists and how it would destroy the country, let's take a little journey thru history:

"Protection of our own labor against the cheaper, ill-paid, half-fed, and pauper labor of Europe, is ... a duty which the country owes to its own citizens."  Dan Webster

The wealth ... independence, and security of a Country, appear to be materially connected with the prosperity of manufactures. Every nation ... ought to endeavor to possess within itself all the essentials of national supply. These compromise the means of subsistence, habitation, clothing, and defence."  Alexander Hamilton

Abe Lincoln issued an impassioned plea, "Give us a protective tariff and we will have the greatest nation on earth."

Vermont Congressman and Senator Justin Morrill who, as early as 1857, had declared: "I am for ruling America for the benefit, first, of Americans, and, for the 'rest of mankind' afterwards."

To Morrill, free trade was treason:
"Free trade abjures patriotism and boasts of cosmopolitanism. It regards the labor of our own people with no more favor than that of the barbarian on the Danube or the cooly on the Ganges."

Sorry about the cooly, these are quotes:

William McKinley, the veteran of Antietam who gave his name to the McKinley Tariff, declared, four years before being elected president:
"Free trade results in our giving our money ... our manufactures and our markets to other nations. ... It will bring widespread discontent. It will revolutionize our values."

Campaigning in 1892, McKinley said, "Open competition between high-paid American labor and poorly paid European labor will either drive out of existence American industry or lower American wages."

But Wilson comes along, the Federal Reserve comes along and tariffs come to an end, income taxes which founding fathers were adamantly against is the new system and everything predicted by founding fathers, Lincoln etc comes true.

Meanwhile we've had president after president tell us of all these great deals where we allow that cheap TV from China to come into this country with no tariff but Curtis Mathis or Zenith made a TV in the USA and China would levy a 50% tariff on it in their country. That is what the modern politician or economist calls "free trade".

Curtis Mathis and Zenith go out of business.  Everyone who worked at Curtis Mathis and Zenith lose their jobs, pensions, health care.  And the politician calls this good.

So what has Trump been doing?  Well, he wants to have free trade, but is smart enough to know that we tariffing the EU 2.5% on any car built in the EU and sold in the US and the EU tariffing 10% on any US car is not a fair deal.  Yes, took a businessman in the White House to understand this is not fair and equal.  So he told the EU we need to make this right, the EU said no, so Trump said fine, the tariff on EU is now 25% and the EU shit their pants and now we are finishing up a deal where the % will match.

Gee, percentages matching, you can almost see members of congress walking into walls trying to figure this one out.  Almost like that old Steve Martin sketch on SNL where he is trying to figure out money:

Actually, if I were good, defined as 'has a clue', how to edit film and audio, you could take this skit and input just about any topic like immigration, taxes, tariffs, budgets, etc.

So why, if tariffs worked so well from day 1 to 100 years ago, did they become so evil?  Well, economics has, for a lack of better term, denominations, like Christianity.  So when new Econ models became accepted, Keyesian, spelled wrong but for example, then that is what people learned in school, they regurgitated it in their schooling, then taught the next and the next and the next generations and what we have today is the result.

Secondly, globalization loves making their stuff in China and Vietnam or India or Mexico because they can break and ignore all the environmental laws they have to deal with in the USA.   Another example, each year china produces about 8.8 million tons of plastic waste, the USA?  .3 - and now they want to ban straws because some 9 year old tried to figure out the sales of companies, how many straws they make and sell in US and then divided by 365 and have gotten congress all tittled about banning and now people are beginning to check the math and going, nope.  Plus, apparently banning plastic straws is an issue for many disabled people who need them, but I'm getting off topic.  You know how I hate that.

Imagine a country where there are no income taxes and the government runs on tariffs on foreign goods - that is what we had for 128 years.  Somehow we managed to build a very strong nation.

Then we went thru a succession of leaders who thought, hey, let's sign a trade agreement, you can tax our stuff made in the USA 20% if sold in your country and we will let you sell in USA for no tax and they called that good.

And the country started going down the toilet.  Funny how that works.

Woke up this morning and saw a headline that confirmed what I long suspected, Texas just ain't Texas anymore.

Seems now they are looking at Austin Texas and thinking that having a city named after Stephen Austin is a bad idea because he was for the confederate, owned slaves, oogled young ladies, made fun of gays, told a Polack joke, scratched himself in public, and didn't pick up his dog's or horse's poop.

And apparently after 150 years or so someone was triggered or offended when they moved to Austin so now the whole city will need a name change, streets their names changed, statues that have stood for 100 years pulled down.  I mean what is 60 million bucks to do a name change when some waiter from New York is caused to hyperventilate because he now moved to a town that is named after a guy who, when he said rode a horse, actually put a saddle on the animal and just sat on it!

Wait, I have an idea!  Tell them Austin is named after STEVE AUSTIN, the Six Million Dollar Man!  Or wasn't there a wrestler named Steve Austin?  With the education system the last 25 or 30 years, they will buy it, I'm sure!

Yep, Texas is for Wimps now.  After Austin, Dallas and Houston will need to change their names too;  maybe San Frallas!   Temple, yep, new name, represents Christians - hey, maybe Temple Texas can change their name to Mosque Texas!

Texas just ain't Texas anymore.

Soon they will ban barbecue because the burning of wood causes the speckled peckered armadillo to be sterile and the smell offends the new Vegan community of San Vegantonio.

The San Frallas Cowboys will need to change their name to The San Frallas Gender Neutrals or something similar so people won't be triggered by the word cowboys.

Once upon a time, Randy White stood in his T shirt that read "Don't Mess with Texas" and you understood it meant if you screw with us we will kick your ass.  Now it appears "Don't Mess with Texas" is a reminder to use a coaster so you don't leave sweat stains from your glass of Chablis on the credenza.

Texas just ain't Texas anymore.

And this is not me being all bigoty about illegal aliens either.  What is happening in Texas, Colorado, Idaho and some other states is people from California, Illinois, New York etc are fed up with the cesspool their state has become and the mind blowing taxes they are paying for all their votes and are leaving their states and moving; then they do the exact same things and want the exact same rules in place that ruined their old state instituted in their new state AND WILL NEVER PUT 2+2 TOGETHER.

Texas just ain't Texas anymore.  I feel like Willie Nelson should sing Danny Boy or something.

Honestly, that crack about throwing their feces and no brains sounded so funny when I thought of it, but by the time I had a chance to sit down and write it, I don't know, just wasn't as funny.

But while on the subject of shit for brains, Whoopi Goldberg would certainly make a nice segue don't you think?  As if what was on camera wasn't enough, apparently and in front of many witnesses, chased down da Judge and was cursing her out and making her leave and, of course, my first thought was, golly, I wonder if there are any great Whoopi quotes on bullying:

“Now, I've always known that there were bullies in the world. We've seen a lot of it in politics lately as well as in daily life. You see it where people who may be stronger, or bigger, or better with verbiage than other folks... show off. To me, that's what bullying is, showing off. It's saying, I'm better than you, I can take you down. Not just physically, but emotionally.”
― Whoopi Goldberg, Is It Just Me?: Or Is It Nuts Out There?

“And for some reason, there seems to be no internal policeman for a bully that says maybe you're hurting somebody's feelings. Or worse, maybe you're going to push this perons too far and they'll do something terrible. Something's not processing correctly in a bully's head. It doesn't seem to occur to them that what they're doing is corssing a line that shouldn't be crossed. And it's really, in my mind, no different than taking on defenseless kids. You do it just because you can.
It's an exercise in power; but it's also meant to dinsintegrate someone's Self. It's meant to take away their sense of who they are. And why? Because they're not as strong, or as bit, or as witty.
Bullies are ball-less, soul-less creatures to me. And they're not just children, they're adults too.
It's a terrorist act.
It's meant to make you feel afraid. It's meant to make you feel powerless to take care of the situation you find yourself in.”
― Whoopi Goldberg, Is It Just Me?: Or Is It Nuts Out There?

Oh well, I'd make a point but it would never get thru.  The modern liberal/progress somehow can exist totally comfortable with two opposing views that contradict each other.  Which, I must say, may be superior to the average republican Neocon who is devoid on ideas entirely.

Now the dems want to bring the translator who was in the room with Trump and Putin in front of congress to 'spill the beans'.  Jeez, these people are idiots.  Translators are like priests or lawyers and what is said can never be repeated - oh wait, forget that lawyer thing - Mueller raiding Trumps former lawyer and taking all the paper, computers, backup disks, etc and is going thru them, more on that in a moment - but if they force her to talk, guess what happens next?  No world leader will meet with a US President to chat because they will assume anything they said will be repeated to congress and blasted about the news.

Is it any wonder Trump doesn't trust the intelligent services?  I mean they have done everything they can to bring him down and overturn the election, why would he trust them?  And now leaks from those tapes/papers/computers are starting to come out which means two things:  One, they didn't find anything connecting Trump and Russia and two, so they will seek to destroy him by leaking other things.  And, this is the funny part, I would bet a farm if I had one that when this gets in front of the Supreme Court the court is going to rule with a big majority that the government can't just go in and confiscate all the records of a lawyer to 'look' for something improper.  There is NO WAY a room full of - lawyers - is going to allow that to happen and set precedent for the future.  So anything they get will not be allowed in court, but in the meantime they are going to try to destroy Trump with babes.

It seems like just 20 years ago democrats were telling us it doesn't matter what a president does with his pecker, it's nobody's business, doesn't matter.  They set that bar 20 years ago but now, suddenly, it's important?

Speaking of trust, do you know why world leaders don't trust us?  Well, let's start with Russia.  Back when things were breaking up and breaking free, Gorby got a promise from Reagan and then Bush that the former eastern countries like Poland, Czech Republic, etc would not become part of NATO.

Then Clinton, Bush and Obama not only allowed all those baltic countries and countries bordering Russia to become part of NATO.  And we put bases in them.  And we have war games in them, right along the border.

Or a duly elected leader in Ukraine is disposed by the CIA and now have a US friendly leader and we just agreed to send a few more billion in military equipment to them.

Not to mention our promise by Bush II to Kadafi if he gave up his nukes we wouldn't bother him and then Obama and Hillary overthrew him and turned a country that was pretty affluent into a cesspool.  And from which millions have attempted to flea to Europe and is now turning Europe into a cesspool.

Is it any wonder no one trusts us?

This is the world the democrats and neocons have created.    Liberals who fought for 20 years against bullying are now the biggest bullies we've ever seen, throwing feces, beating up people, all because they disagree.  A government that tries to overthrow their own president, welsh on deals constantly.

I swear the only hope this country has is if there are a few earth quakes off the west coast and the east coast and tsunami's take all the west coast and from DC to Boston off the map.  But alas, God has a different plan I suspect and is going to get the middle of the country with Yellowstone and leave the two coasts with no food, no French wine, no cheese, and no hope for people living there since they gave up their guns long ago.

Speaking of wine, did you catch the story of radiation levels in California wine from Fukushima?  Bet it has been there, in the milk, cheese, meat and veggies/fruit for a few years now.

Oh well.  Life goes on.

Okay, would it be tacky or illegal to start a betting pool on when the military industrial pharmaceutical chemical entertainment news pedophilia complex will assassinate Trump?

You can do that tax cut, you can do those tariffs, but how dare you cut off the supply of young virginal dark skin children from the power brokers in DC and Hollywood and then attempt to prevent WWIII with Russia!

The military industrial pharmaceutical chemical entertainment news pedophilia complex has spent a lot of time and money preparing the end of the world war to reduce the population by 75% and leave this perfect planet with clean water, clean air and unlimited children to bugger for entertainment.

I'm trying to get my mind around Obama, when president, leaning over to Russian President Medvedov, the place keeper for Putin and said this:

And what did the media think of that?  Treason!  Impeachment?  Nope, it was no big deal.  And presidents have been privately meeting with foreign leaders for decades and only when Trump does it, is it treasonous?

As stated in earlier blog, it didn't matter what Trump said or did with Putin, this rabid 'kill the emperor' media blitz was going to happen, it was planned.  Would you even consider the possibility that the indictments coming out right before he was due to fly to Russia was an attempt to cancel or setup Trump's visit to meet with Putin?

The good news is I think they will wait until after the November elections, to see if dems can take the house and senate back to stop him, but if not, I'd be betting before the end of the year, maybe even November 22nd just to quietly send a subtle message to those who can still think.

And the media and dems who fed the gas to the flames will absolve themselves of all responsibility for what happen and demand stricter gun control laws.

Now I don't know the rules exactly, but if they could take Trump and Pence, then the Speaker becomes president, Ryan, which would be a good clue who was involved.  If they wait till Jan and a new dem speaker is sworn in and then do both, well, I digress.

Will the secret service protect Trump or will they be part of the plot as they were with Kennedy?  Oh please, watch the video of the motorcade leaving Love Field and the SS agent running to jump on the running board, as is and was procedure and policy, and being called off and he throws his hands up in the air and says WTF?

Sigh.  WTF is right.

Thank you President Trump for having the balls to do what you are doing.  Hope you got a good plan for staying alive, but in the immortal words of Fox Mulder, Trust No One.

After remembering the debate with Bennett and Wolf, decided to look around youtube and found quite a few speeches and things with Wolf.

Her book about the end of America, written during the Bush administration, is truer today than it was then.   Wolf is a deep thinker and what is really great about her is she doesn't follow party lines, she is not a brainwashed liberal.  Very funny video where she is on CNN and being asked about Hillary and a woman running and expected Wolf to support the voting for a sister and Wolf just threw it back in his face and why she doesn't like Hillary and her corporate ties and the host is like, huh, okay, thanks for stopping in.

But apparently Wolf made a career killing move and investigated chem trails and started talking about them and now all those media outlets that use to love her and quote her and now referring to her as some sort of nut.

Welcome to the nutters side of life Naomi.  You are a most welcome addition to the family.

I'm somewhat in shock, which kind of surprises me since I didn't think anything could shock me anymore.  But the absolute rabid venom being splattered all over the news about Trump and Putin meeting today.  I was just happy Trump did not bow like the last president did.

I wonder how many people will have clue as to what is really going on.

For those that do, did you realize how deep the deep state wants a war with Russia?  If Hillary had been sworn in, we would be in a war with them by now.  Apparently, between an outright invasion and a shooting war with Russia, the USA was going to be brought down.

You could almost see the demons screaming in some of the interviews and articles, if you believe in that sort of thing.

Every single day, I find myself asking: what do the Russians have on @realDonaldTrump personally, financially, & politically? The answer to that question is that only thing that explains his behavior & his refusal to stand up to Putin. #ABetterDeal
— Nancy Pelosi (@NancyPelosi) July 16, 2018

This was the day an American president stood on foreign soil next to a murderous lying thug and refused to back his own country. Patriots need to stand up and reject the behavior of this president.

— James Comey (@Comey) July 16, 2018

Let's talk for a moment.

Mueller, came out and indicted 12 Russians and said point blank there was no collusion found.  Says it right in the statement that there was no collusion, but you wouldn't know it from the media who repeated left out that last statement.

And I will bet the farm that today they are leaving out a statement Putin made, when he said he would be happy to allow FBI attorneys to come to Russia to interview the 12 people indicted but would like for the USA to provide access to Mr. Browder who as a hedge fund manager in Russia in the 1990's made something like 1.5 billion and then failed to pay taxes in Russia and snuck the money out, moved it around and oh, there is a 400 million donation/deposit to THE CLINTON FOUNDATION.

Here is the point.  This whole Russia Trump thing was staged, all this Trump Putin stuff is staged, in the effort to cover up the real crap going on.  The Uranium Deal, where, let's see if I remember this; Hillary as SoS,  approved Russia buying 1/5th of US production of uranium, which if I recall is used to create nuclear bombs to destroy cities like, New York, and in return money poured into the Clinton Foundation AND Bill got to travel to Moscow to give a speech for over a million dollar payday, all expenses included.

The cover up would have gone on forever, but Trump winning screwed up the plan and left a whole lot of people vulnerable to crimes and misdemeanors.  Not the goal many had at the end of their careers, prison. But the power players in Washington DC are crapping in their pants.

I wonder how many people are scratching their heads tonite trying to figure out why it's a bad thing that the US and Russia might get along.  Isn't peace better than war?  Foolish commoners that we are, we don't realize the BIG PICTURE of the elite and how war is a good thing, it clears out the population, and I mean will reduce the population of the planet by at least 50%; it will allow a financial reset of the 200 trillion plus world debt; and will allow a global currency and global government.

This is what Trump screwed up.

Not really sure when it happened, it kind of crept up on us, but there is no debate anymore.

Once upon a time, two people of opposing views could discuss the issue, make their argument, attempt to point out issues in other persons argument, and then have a beer or lunch or shake hands and move on.  Seriously, my millennial and get zero imaginary readers, that is how we use to debate.  I will never forget Meet the Press with Tim Russert who had William Bennett and Naomi Wolf on his show and Russert had the skill to step back and let them go; you only heard Russert interrupt for commercials and intro when back and then he shut up.  Bennett and Wolf never interrupted each other, respected each others statements, time, and position and it was one of the best hours of television I've ever watched.

Today, debate takes on this form.  Method One is Person A says he thinks X and Person B shouts adjectivisms.  Or Person B spends long period of time making their point, usually loudly, when finished Person A says "well,...." and Person B absolutely looses it emotionally and shouts adjectivisms in a very excited state.

By the way, adjectivisms is a new word I created.

When you hear the term, illegal alien, what picture pops into your mind?  A Mexican?  I would bet the farm that is what a modern progressive sees and immediately will blast away at whomever uttered such a horrible word set as illegal alien.

Problem is, I, who said it, doesn't see 'a Mexican'.  There are millions of Asians who come here illegally.  There are millions from Africa that come here illegally.  Millions from the Arab world.  Millions from Russia or Eastern Europe.  I will bet you there are millions of Europeans here illegally, blonde haired blue eyed Europeans.

Now if you listen to people talk on this issue, there are a few 'assumptions now facts' moments.  For example, who decided 'we' must be tolerant and understanding of people breaking the law?  When was that decided?  Because, for millions of Americans, that is what this issue is about.  People breaking the law, coming here and setting up shop illegally, getting billions of our tax dollars for housing, food, education, etc.  Most Americans, if I may make this assumption, think this is the issue.

But that is not what progressive/liberal/socialists argue.  It's all about race.  It's all about
white people not wanting 'people of darker color' taking over their country.  It's about people afraid of progress.

Well, that is true, since the progress we are achieving is turning America into a third world country.  Damn us for standing in the way of that!

On the 10th, on Coast to Coast AM, there was an interview with Howard Bloom, a person who regularly shows up to represent the 'liberal' viewpoint on issues.  And Howard was just going on and on how back in this era we had large immigration from Ireland or Jews, or Germans and how they were blasted in public and how great the country is today blah blah blah and George would interrupt and say, "but Howard, they came here legally" and Howard would stop, go "well, yea, BUT....." and off he'd go again and George would stop him again and say "but Howard, they came here legally" and Howard would stop, and say "well, yea, but.......".  It was hilarious how bankrupt he was on the issue.  He literally could not deal with that point - which to many IS THE POINT.  He had no argument.  He had no retort.

But for many of us, that is the point.  It is illegal, we don't care where they are coming from, it is illegal.  And it is immoral for people who come here illegally expect to get housing, food, educated, on the American citizens check from what we earn working.  That is called stealing.

Yes, I know, there are illegals who work and never get assistance, and it is almost impossible to figure out the percentages because both sides are making it up I suspect, all we can do is see what the government is spending.

And, the point here, why must we be tolerant and understanding of illegal behavior?  Is it our fault for looking the other way for years for pot smoking?  That was illegal, but 90 % of baby boomers toked a few, and then we just started letting things slide?

I'm sorry, I am mad at all the people here illegally.  I am mad at corporations that hire some Indian company to replace all of their employees here in the US and then force the employees to train their replacement if they want any kind of severance package and a good reference.  I am mad we have a government bought off to not only accept this but support it, then go home in the evening with their armed security to their walled homes with electronic security systems.

I am mad because a man can't talk about these issues, a man can't argue these things, without being called all sorts of adjectivisms like Nazi or Fascist or some other word that has lost all connection to it's original meaning and become just another word to shout at someone rather than have to think; or listen; or ponder.

I'm sorry, if progressive/liberal/socialists(pls) can't listen to opposing views, logically and reasoning against what someone who disagrees with you says, argue your position with any semblance of logic and reason, and can do nothing but shout adjectivisms and threaten, you are probably wrong.  In fact, to those who can do those things I listed, we just look at pls's  and nod our heads because we know they are a mental powder puff and like the crazy uncle who thinks he is Teddy Roosevelt, we just nod our heads and wait for a chance to leave and find something more productive to do with our time.

Funny how they come out with the inditement of 12 Russians right before Trump gets to have his sit-down with Putin.  Shot across the bow from the deep state, heh?

About 20 years ago, I use to argue and debate on MSN boards.  Had a really good group of diverse people and you had to be on your toes.  We had a discussion on gay marriage and the whole debate of is sexual preference something you were born with or caused by environment or both or something else.  One of the points I made is if our culture decides that sexual preference is something a person is born with, then once gays get rights and normalized, the pedophiles will also demand such rights.

I hate being right.

The Prevention Project is a website touting the Minor Attraction Person, the guy or gal who likes and is attracted to kids.  They actually divide pedophiles up, the infant perverts, the pre pubescent perverts and the post pubescent teen perverts.

Their claim is based on......  yes    ..... you guessed it, since sexual preference is in the genes, people attracted to children can't help it, and their 'condition' must be respected, tolerated and apparently honored.

Now, in fairness, the website is promoting those with the attraction who do not actually have relations with kids, but this too shall pass.  Eventually those who did will claim discrimination compared to those who don't and slowly over time society will accept adults and kids.  The APA book will stop listing pedophilia as a psychological condition.

The slippery slope towards allowing men and women to legally abuse the children, the future awaits.

Monday, July 9, 2018

So are all the people against supposed 'cages' for children who are brought illegally across the border, did they use playpens with their own kids?  Gates? The bastards.

Some illegal alien mom who has been reunited with her son says he is just not the same, implying that the separation and 'caging' damaged him mentally.  I'm sure dragging him from his home, traveling 1000 miles across the heat of Mexico, sneaking across the Rio at night or standing in lines for hours in the hot sun waiting to be arrested for entering a foreign country illegally had nothing to do with screwing up a kid's head.

Do you know in many states and on a federal law level, it is illegal to break, damage or destroy the egg of an endangered species, like an eagle or turtle?  Did you know many of those states where you can go to prison for breaking an egg, allow abortion and even late term abortions?  Does that make you scratch your head?

And once again, I'm being totally ignored for that empty Supreme Court Justice seat.  Sigh.

Novichok.  When the couple in England were attacked with it several months ago and it turned out he is a former soviet spy living 'undercover' in England and his daughter were the two attacked it made sense, in that CIA/KGB sort of sense.  But now another British couple have been attacked and the woman died and as far as anyone knows it's not another spy thing, which makes you wonder, what is happening?  I've blathered on for years how evil it is how the western world uses Africa for medical testing of vaccines and other drugs and have often wondered these 'breakouts' of ebola and other such diseases aren't tests being done perfecting the disease that will be used to wipe out most of the population.

You could create one of these ebola type bugs, all the 'elite' go to their hiding spots and the disease is released and like Captain Trips wipes out 90% of the population of the planet and then dies out in 6 months - a fatal bug with a limited lifespan.

What is happening in England?  Are these tests?  Terrorists?

Last week, or two weeks ago, in Texas someone put flyers on the windshields of cop cars. Turns out a couple of them were laced with Fentanyl.  Which got me thinking, wish I wrote short stories for money, but what would keep a terrorist group to lacing advertisements and then flood a few neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and put these on the doors of all the homes.  Do it in winter, so the people putting them on the doors are wearing gloves, and get a few thousand of them placed.  As people remove them from the door, they will get the dose, it will take hours of authorities to put together what is happening and by then, you could have killed 5k people.  Or the parking lot of malls at Xmas shopping peaks.

Why do I think of shit like this?  And will pickup a pair of  tongs (took me almost five minutes to come up with that word, I'm like pliers, no, prongs, no, thongs, oh, my, no and then finally had to look it up - nothing like being 60 and not remembering words) and never again use my hands to take those things off my door or windshield, for the rest of my life.

Back in the 90's, my nephew came over to visit dressed in these really baggy jeans that hung down and a t shirt 6x bigger than he needed, with the high tops untied and I thought thank heavens for this generation because I no longer have to be embarrassed by the way we dressed in the 1970's.  Baby boomers are no longer the worst dressing generation of all time.

What reminded me of this is listening to Hollywood (Actors brains put the wood in Hollywood) blather on and on about Russia and Putin fixing the election so Trump would be elected.  Because it's reached the point where they are making birthers look like serious scholars.  Now you have them hoping for an economic collapse or we losing a war to remove Trump.

Socialists act like they care, they always say it's 'for the children', but in reality most of sociopaths of some sort who would rather see you out of work, homeless, and voting democrat in the next election.

Frankly, I think we should try socialism in this country.  I do.  But let's roll it out in test markets.

Let us see how socialism works and we can start in Hollywood.  Let's setup wages and everyone on a movie or TV show will make the same hourly wage.  So the bartender in the scene makes 20 bucks an hour for filming and the two stars at the bar make 20 bucks an hour for their role in the movie.

We could do this with News Readers too. Pay anyone reading the news the same hourly rate, so the news reader on the 10:00 News in Green Bay makes the same rate of pay as the News Reader in Washington DC or NY.  All news readers, writers, editors, camera operators, all make the same rate of pay.

I would think the people at MSNBC and CNN would love this idea!  I fully expect this idea to be stolen by the next democrat running for president and stars like DeNiro and Cher and Peroxide 1 and Peroxide 2 to jump all over this idea and claim it for their own!

Yes, for those progressive imaginary readers, I am being sarcastic and using absurdity to make a point.  Which brings us to the point of todays ramblings.

Utopia.  When I was in high school, college, and later, I read the books of Utopia's and understood it is fiction.  Progressives read books on Utopia and think "let's do it!"

Progressives still think we can take Marx or Mao and make it work.  In spite of numerous attempts in the past to implement Marxism or Maosim which has always led to failure, famines, massive murder sprees, and destruction; the modern progressive still thinks we can do it without all of that and are willing to keep trying.

Progressives, at their core, believe man can design and create the perfect human, the perfect society and everyone will be happy.

Progressives and Moslems have a lot in common when you think about it.  Both mistake fiction for non fiction, both believe they can implement that fiction on society and yes, we might have to kill ten to a few hundred of million people to get everyone on the same page of fiction, but once we do that life will be perfect and beautiful.  Everyone the same, everyone provided their homes, food, and careers.  A beautiful world void of ambition, greed, pollution, hunger, homelessness, disease, etc etc etc.

A world of worker bees for the queen and her hive is what all utopias look like when you think about it.

But life can never be perfect and slavery is never beautiful.  And there is always a man or woman somewhere that will stand and say no.  Men or women who will stand against this 'utopia'.  That is one reason I always thought This Perfect Day was the best of the 20th century utopian horrors.

And our Hollywoodheads, politicians, and media all believe in this utopia and I will confess there is something of a desire in me to see it happen, knowing historically, all the actors, writers, politicians, and media are the first people to be eliminated in all previous attempts at these Utopias.

We could mass produce the tombstones, with "Wait, what, wait, not me!" as their epitaph.

Now Christians and Jews believe in the Utopia but with major differences.  We do not live in one, nor can man create one.  We are not perfect but can one day be perfect with God and one day all the pain and suffering will end and those who believed in God will live for eternity in this Utopia.

Progressives call this myth.  There in no God.  Man can make ourselves into God and Man can build the perfect world.

God versus Man.  Fact versus Fiction.

No time for typos or song lyrics, sorry.

From the not so strange file: Turns out Robert Mueller's great great great great great granddad was a lead Bishop in the Spanish Inquisition.

Note from Legal Department: The first paragraph of this blog is satire, obviously, it is satire since an intelligent person would recognized a Bishop would not be married and have kids.  Of course, Mueller could argue that the Bishop had a 'bastard' child making Mueller technically illegitimate, but then most of America and Russia already knew that.

Fredrick Dostoyevsky of Law Firm Dostoyevsky, Chekhov, Bulgakov, Gorky and Gorky

Catholics in this country, America for my imaginary millennials, vote over 60% for democrats.  So you would think the party would be thrilled with Trump possibly nominating a catholic woman for the SC.  Alas, once again, we have a huge majority of a segment of our population that thinks the dems love them when secretly the dems hate them and now they will attack this woman for strong Catholic Christian beliefs.

And in the next election, 60% of the catholics will vote for dems because 60% of our population are just plane morons.  Let's face it. Stratify the population any way you want and 60% of that group will be moronic.  80% if your stratification includes college professors.

Can you imagine the media coverage if republicans came out against a SC nominee by a democratic president who was female and jewish?  Or female and Wiccan?  Can you imagine the outcry of republicans voting against the nominee because of her religious choices?  My, we'd be smelling the tar and feathers would be flying thru the air.

Now, some of you are saying, hey, dems wouldn't feather anyone because they would have to kill birds.  Well, good news, the wind farms in this country kill over a million birds a year so there are plenty of feathers available from the slaughter of birds by the environmentalists.

Reading, or trying to read, a good book now, a biography of Henry David Thoreau by Kevin Dann.  I say trying to read because I've discovered just how addicted I am to the net.  I can't read more than 15 or 20 minutes and I want to check the news, check the weather, check the score - okay, the score thing I just made up, I don't really care - but the point is that is an addiction.

And what is strange is I have no problems at all when I leave the home putting the phone in airplane mode if I'm driving somewhere or not taking it at all if I go biking or walking the dog.  Totally comfortable with being disconnected but in the home, it's like I have to be plugged in.

So, after this long weekend for the holiday, the wifi router is being unplugged and stuck in a drawer.  I will plug my Mac in one day a week and download anything I want to download, update the phone or iPad thru the Mac and back offline.

How did this happen?  I've also gone back and added up iTunes and Amazon purchases over the past 6 months and realize how much money I spend that I might not have ever spent if I had to go to Borders to buy the books or buy the music or buy the DVD.  Of course, Borders is closed now and I replaced it with iTunes and Amazon and it is so much easier to spend money there, bit by bit, little by little.

So in my quest of starting life over in my late 50's, well, now 60, I think it will be time to make some other changes.  I still bring home what I did two years ago with this company because each raise went to the 401k.  Hoping for 5% this summer so I can add that to the 401k and be at 15% (plus doing 5% in company stock).  Trying to get up and over 300k by the age of 70, ten years, then I might be able to retire with some comfort.  So besides off goes the wifi, no more shopping online for the rest of the summer.  In fact, I'm thinking of just going to the bank once a week, withdraw 200 and that is what I will live on for food, gas, dog food, etc etc etc.  This high tech paying with debit cards and electronic paying makes it so much easier parting with your dollars than if you actually have to pass the greenback to another person.  I think part of it is that online, you buy less per purchase but make more purchases each month.  Similar to I'd rather pay my auto/renters/liability policy monthly rather than have to cut a big check once or twice a year.  If I have to drive to the store, say Penny's and buy a pair of jeans and go thru the process, I will walk out with the jeans;  on Amazon, I'll buy the jeans, two books, a this or that.  It is SO EASY to whim shop.

Thank heavens I have never paid any attention to those specials or special days at Amazon.

Changing is never easy.  Doesn't matter if you are 20 or 60 or any age in between.  But this is an example where little by little you get drawn towards something you never would have agreed to or wanted to do but those successive approximations and one day you find you never carry cash anymore, everything is charged on the debit card, and you lose value of that dollar you worked for.  And the dollar loses value all on it's own, make 30K in 1987 and 30 years later, you need to earn 65k to have the same buying power.

Let that sink in for a moment.  30 years, the buying power, the value of the dollar has been cut by more than 50%.  I made 30k in 1987.  One check a month paid the rent and utilities with cash left over.  The other check paid car payment and lots of cash left over.  Today, I don't make 65k.  One check pays the rent and there is change left over.  The other check covers the insurance, electric, internet and phone and then all the spending money for the next 4 weeks.

So we live in this schizoid society where technology races forward and nobody knows what affect it will have on society, what affect it will have on behavior, on health; while inflation is making a middle class wage a lower class wage, while illegal immigration and government sponsored job immigration is putting tens of millions of people out of work or finding their job only pays half of what it use to with a dollar worth less than half of what it was.

And 60% of the people are reading People, getting their news from ABC, and wondering if a Kardashian has tweeted yet today.  Sigh.

So not sure how my new lifestyle will affect blogging.  But then, are my few longtime imaginary readers really happy with my blogging?  Everything is politics politics.  At least that is what it feels like I'm doing, and while I'm sure some think there are not enough political blogs on the 'net, I'm not one of them.

Change.  Getting hold of yourself.  Looking at your life and asking is this who I really want to be?  I mean changing how I shop or spend money, not being connected to the net constantly, is that really who I am?  But making the changes, going back to cash, going back to not being plugged into the net 24/7 will change who I am.  But will it be for the better?

Small changes, eating the elephant one bite at a time. And hope you are suppose to be eating an elephant in the first place.

Still don't know what I was waitin' for
And my time was runnin' wild
A million dead end streets and
Every time I thought I'd got it made
It seemed the taste was not so sweet
So I turned myself to face me
But I've never caught a glimpse of
How the others must see the faker
I'm much too fast to take that test

Turn and face the strange
Don't want to be a richer man
Turn and face the strange
Just gonna have to be a different man
Time may change me
But I can't trace time

The problem with being boring, not having many friends, not really wanting to socialize much, is at times we take vacation and after a couple of days you are now stuck nothing to do, bored, and finding your only option is to clean something.

Years ago I understood there were some conflicts in science and one of the biggest is the Law of Entropy.  Everything moves towards disorder.  Which I always wondered if the big bangy thing happens the universe then proceeds towards an organization, which violates the law right off the bat.  If there is a law of entropy, then the moment after the Big Bang we began towards disorder, making the human race the pinnacle of disorder, hmm.

But we went to order, then began the disorder, so something is wrong in the theory somewhere.

But entropy certainly exists in every home.  I admire those who daily spend 30 or 60 minutes each evening cleaning the kitchen, me, not ever a behavior I picked up on.  And I am amazed at how few hours it takes after cleaning the kitchen - which I normally define as washing the dishes only - how cluttered and dirty the counters, stove, etc get and one day I just decided fighting a basic law of the universe daily is a waste of time and energy that can be better used elsewhere.

Needless to say, never got stuck in that anal retentive stage of growth, I think I skipped that class.  So, you probably would not be comfortable in my home.

But even I have limits, so today I started with the bathrooms.  Yes, I have two and each serves purposes.  For example, the bathroom in the hall is used to shower and pee.  The other for the other and brushing teeth - yea, I know, I keep thinking about moving that tooth brushing to the other room but the bend over sink to rinse guy thing is awkward in the hall bath so I use the other bathroom.  And I like the toilet seat in this room.

But clean 'em?  Until I see mold, never crosses my mind.

Well, today did the bathrooms.  Shower stall in the bedroom bathroom hasn't been used in, what, 5 years?  Talk about spider heaven.  But, after what seemed like a week, but was only two hours, both bathrooms are clean except the floors which look fine to me.

This was the easy day.  Now the kitchen is left.

I've never tested this theory, but I firmly believe if I were to clear off every counter top in my home, then go straight to bed, when I woke in the morning there would be things sitting on the counter.  It just grows and grows like a living organism.

Do you want to hear about the stove top?  Yea, probably better leave that to your imagination.

But this is not laziness, well, maybe a little, or caring, it's about the amount of time and energy used daily fighting inevitable disorder.  It's about breaking the chains of brainwashing of TV and advertising where homes have to been spotlessly clean. They use to have commercials for cleaning supplies where the housewife would be embarrassed in front of her friends visiting because something wasn't spotless, remember those?

So this is not only a stand against fighting entropy, it's a stance against society itself, our self worth dependent on living they way TV tells us we should, standing against the stereotypes and catagorization of mankind.

On the other hand, maybe it is laziness.

Sometimes life shocks me, literally shocks me.  Andy Dick was arrested for groping and find out he groped a woman.  A woman?

And, I don't have a segue, sorry.

Looking back, was the Tea Party a positive for the republican party?  Suppose it would be what type of republican you are, Neo Con types probably shouted "NO" and burn the ship in the harbor me is yes.  But where did it take the republican party?  It weeded out some old and corrupt, though many still remain.  Would Donald Trump be president today if there was never a Tea Party?

Hope you aren't expecting an answer, cause I don't know.

But I look at what is happening to the Democratic Party and the alt left, progressive, socialist uprising resembles the Tea Party, well, except the Tea Party was well behaved and would pick up after themselves.  But will it have a positive affect?

You can already see little signs.  Tammy Duckworth a democrat from Illinois was on the tube this morning commenting on the socialist agenda and campaign  by the woman in 'da Bronx' and said that message will not play in the midwest.  Then the gay hair dresser who posted some video saying he is no longer a liberal if it means what this progressive movement is doing and he is walking away from the dems and apparently the video went viral.

I don't think I've ever done or said anything that goes viral.  Is that good?  Actually, it probably is.  I mean, Van Gough, would he have painted so well if he was well respected and loved from the start of his painting?  Or did the mocking and indifference keep him with an edge that produced all those masterpieces, well, up to when he killed himself.

But then, my writing never approaches what Van Gough painted so back to the topic because that is where it will get interesting and really messy.

Right now, if I were betting, I'm betting not only republicans hold the house and senate, I think they might add to their numbers.  Because socialism is not going to play well yet in America.

Go back to the 2016 election map.  Name a red state that voted for Trump that will be all guns ho for socialism.  I'm looking at a map and I don't see a red state actually going, well, red as in socialism.  But look at blue states and frankly I can see two states, Colorado and Virginia saying no, well, depends how many more Californians and Illinoisans move to Colorado in the next 2 years.  Frankly, Denver is now giving San Fran a run for it's money on the crappiest city in America, though not quite as expensive but it's racing up pretty fast.

The point is I can see Hawaii, CA, OR, WA, NM, MN, IL, DE, MD, NJ, NY, VT, CT, MA all going socialism with the democrat party, but the rest of the states?  No way.

2020 could be a repeat of 1972 except the colors will switch because back then red were the democrats and blue was republican but Tim Russert thought we should change that in the 1980's because red is associated with communism and socialism so he made reps red and dems blue and now it's confusing as hell calling the blues reds.

But, yea, a lot can happen between now and then but this progressive nut job leftie socialism thing could produce one of those McGovern/Mondale maps, dems will get more than 1 state but less than a dozen for sure.

Watch what happens now with Mexico, after they just elected their own socialist - think they have been running for the borders the last 15 years, wait until they get a year or two of socialism.

Hope they can build that wall quickly.  Speaking of which, somehow I suspect it's going to take longer to build that wall than the Panama Canal took to build.

I said a long time ago Trump should have been doing the wall for the past year with the military doing the building and manning the borders until the wall is done.  Then put the TSA in charge.  Cause right now we live in a country where an American citizen goes thru more checks and gropes to fly from Dallas to Cleveland than illegal aliens get coming across the border with Mexico.
