A MIND FOREVER VOYAGING THROUGH STRANGE SEAS OF THOUGHT, ALONE

This is my second blog.

My first blog chronicled my experiences over three years caring for my dad as he lived through and finally died from Alzheimer's. That is the book that is for sale.

This second blog kind of chronicles of life, what it is like to start your life over in your late 50's. After caretaking, you are damaged, file bankruptcy, and the world doesn't care what you did. After 8 months of unemployment, you wake each day knowing the world doesn't want you. Finally you do find a job, 5 weeks before homelessness, but doing what you did 30 years ago and getting paid what you did 30 years ago. So this is starting over.

The object of life is not to be on the side of the majority, but to escape finding oneself in the ranks of the insane.

NO SALT ALLOWED IN TRANSGENDER BATHROOMS

Yes, still alive, was just taking a break from blogging.

I know being President of the United States is a very hard job, maybe one of the hardest jobs around.  No one is really prepared for the job, certainly Obama wasn't and after eight years probably still isn't prepared for it.

Be that as it may.....

And I can understand when your last year of a second term comes around, you would be feeling a might melancholy, thinking you got just one year left as the most powerful man on earth, how will you spend it, what will you do before you leave the office.

And apparently President Obama has decided to cut salt from our diets and pretty much allow anyone to use any bathroom they choose depending how their hormones are raging on any given day.

Now is that is a legacy a man can hang his hat on or what?  Transsexuals with good blood pressure.

Told you Jenner would be regretting the sex change.  If you were an unhappy person with a penis, you will be an unhappy person without a penis and visa versa, once the novelty wears off.

I'm waiting for some business to get clever and start labeling their bathrooms XX or XY to avoid the whole thing.

All that hopey changy talk 8 years ago and what do we have.  Is the economy better, nope.  Oh I know the stats coming from the government look good but anyone who believes them is pretty much an idiot - which actually describes a majority of voters.  I'm not worried about insulting potential readers, after all, assuming Obama voters can read is quite a jump in logic in the first place.

Real stat to know.  there are approximately 150,000,000 people with jobs in this country.  There are approximately 96,000,000 people of working age without jobs.  So let's bring in 10 million people from other countries cause that will create jobs.   One day in our lifetime, we might see that figure at 120M/120M.

So the economy sucks still.  How about how the world looks, well, Iraq went from a voting democracy when Obama came in with happy people with purple thumbs to a quagmire of violence again; Iran has nukes, about of 1/2 dozen of the middle east countries are chaotic messes, Xians in the middle east are nearing extinction, Europe is a terrible mess with massive invasion of terrorists, er, sorry, illegal aliens, oops sorry, refugees who are raping young women and boys at a sexual pace that would make Warren Beatty go 'wow'.   So not a good track record there either.

Now stories are out how our government is just grabbing up people coming over our border, throwing them in buses and vans and driving them to other parts of the country and letting them loose.

Prediction Time:  Don't pay any attention to the concerns about all these Islamic terrorists coming into this country over the border and a planned massive terrorist type thing happening this year.  Won't happen while Obama is president.  Next year though?  Oh yea, it's going to get ugly dirty for sure for sure.

Cavet to this prediction: not including the possibility that Obama will start a major war with Russia and or China before he leaves office just to finally finish destroying the country he loathes so well.

Our military is an utter mess with all the political correctness mandates and the purging of most captains, majors, admirals etc who knew what they were doing and the absolutely horrible treatment of soldiers who fought against terrorism.

So I pose this question.  Can you really and objectively name one way this country is better off today after 8 years of the Obama presidency?  Stop and think that question through.  Health care you say?  Yea, sure, if you were poor and used medicare you are now poor and use subsidized health insurance and the funny part of that is before ObamaCare you could get a policy for around 200 a month, 2500 deductible, that would cover you and that is if you were 50.  Cheaper if younger.  Now you would be hard pressed to find similar policy for less than 500 a month.

So basically, if you had pre existing conditions, you can now get a low cost policy that is subsidized by healthy people who saw their premiums more than double.

That is one, I guess.  Scrapping to find it though.

But there is a light at the end of the tunnel, unfortunately it appears to be an out of control train headed our way.

There is no way under God's green earth I can step into a voting booth this fall and vote for Hillary.

While Bernie has some good ideas and good points, his plan to double or triple the debt to pay for everything is absolutely insane.  And speaking of insane, there is Trump.  Nice thing about Trump, if he lives to be elected and sworn in, is that there is no middle ground with him, he will either fix much that is wrong with this country or be the final straw that breaks the camels back and puts the United States somewhere on the scrap pile of history with Atlantis.

How did it ever get this far out of control?

I don't know what to say about these days
I'm seeing people changing in the strangest ways
Even in the richer neighbourhoods
People don't know when they got it good
They got the envy and they got it bad

When I was a kid everything I did was trying to be free
running up and down tinsel town with the fire inside of me
my planets all in retrograde the best of all my plans got made
I made my breaks and some mistakes
Just not the ones people think I made

I'm a long way gone down this winding road I'm on
It's gonna take me where I'm bound
It's a long way around
